Premier Background Music Agreement 

This agreement is between Premier Background Music (PBM) and the purchaser, or the employer on whose behalf you are entering this agreement. By purchasing a license from PBM, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions as same pertain to the license you purchase. 

The term "Recording" when used on this website or in an agreement or license on this website, refers to a jingle, loop, sample, track, or collection on this website which is available for download and license from Premier Background Music.

If desired, contact PBM to customize a Recording.

By downloading our recordings, thus agreeing to our license, PBM grants you the limited, exclusive, non-transferable, right and license, in perpetuity to modify (subject to related restrictions) and use PBM Recording in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement, as applicable. 

Premier Background Music License 

The PBM license allows you to use our Recording in an unlimited number of Projects including but not limited to: 

• Website applications 
• Online streaming (YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.) 
• Social media 
• Website advertising 
• Business videos 
• Podcasts 
• Vlogs
• Slideshows and Videos 
• Video games, Apps
• Film and theatre 
• TV & radio programming 
• Malls music
• Point of sale systems
• In-store displays 
• Videos for showrooms 
• Trade shows, industrial fairs and exhibitions 

Downloaders of our recordings may not sell, resell, transfer, sublicense, share, give away or otherwise assign the Recording or your rights granted hereunder to any other party, or claim to be the creator or copyright holder of the Recording or of any derivative work created from the Recording. 

PBM is and remains the owner of all right, title and interest in the Recording, including without limitation any copyrights therein. The Recording is protected by and subject to United States, Canadian and international copyright laws.
